    This is a very nice piece, but I prefer by far the record by Ludovit Kanta and Peter Baran playing the cellos with the Capella Istropolitana. This is in a NAXOS CD (8.550384). The tempos are more slowly, and the sound is more intense, and the cello players are fantastic. I would like to hear this played by Antonio Menezes. I don’t like Yo-Yo Ma.

    By the way, this is the only concerto for two cellos ever written. Vivaldi was brilliant.
